In 2022, Andersons Solicitors acquired Richard Miller Conveyancing, bringing a host of legal services to the Barossa Valley. Whilst it is business as usual for the conveyancing business, the office will also now offer a range of legal services by our experienced local team of lawyers. 

Andersons is a team of South Australian legal professionals with the values of a boutique practice, but the experience and expertise of a large firm.

Felix is the head of Andersons Commercial Litigation Department. He represents people and companies in a variety of legal proceedings before the various Courts and Tribunals in SA. 

Recognising the complexity in commercial law and the accompanying potential for matters to become drawn out, Felix places great emphasis on delivering prompt, predicable results at a reasonable cost.
Good communication is a key to understanding the legal process and Felix prefers a collaborative approach where he works closely with his clients to achieve the outcomes they seek.

Felix also assists clients in comprehensive estate planning including Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Care Directives.

 John Trikaliotis 

 

John joined Andersons as a Registered Conveyancer in 2021, after more than ten years as a Conveyancer in a CBD conveyancing firm and a CBD Law firm. John has also worked as a sole trader for various Adelaide based Conveyancing and Law firms.

John's experience lies in conveyancing, specialising in the sale/purchase of residential conveyancing, commercial transactions, family farm and agricultural transfers, transfer of estates, mortgage and Security documentation for banks, crown land and the preparation of land division applications.

 Emma Todd 


Emma is a solicitor based in our Tanunda office and her expertise includes advising on all facets of Wills and Estates. She is currently undertaking a Master of Applied Laws at the College of Law, majoring in Wills and Estates.

Emma is passionate about Wills and Estate law and is particularly interested in complex Probate and Letters of Administration Applications and assisting Executors with the administration of Estates.
 

Emma understands the difficult nature of making decisions about estate planning and estate administration and is driven to ensure ease of process for her clients. Emma takes time to explain complex concepts and take the stress away from her client's legal decisions.

 Alexandra Conway


Alexandra is a Law Clerk in the Tanunda office. Prior to her legal studies, Alexandra completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of South Australia which she graduated from in 2015. Between finishing her studies in Psychology and commencing her studies in Law, Alexandra worked in sales and event coordination in the Barossa Valley wine industry. 

During her legal studies, Alexandra completed volunteer experience and a clerkship in a boutique regional practice, gaining experience in wills and estate planning, family matters, minor criminal matters, and civil litigation. She also completed internship experience at Wine Australia within their legal counsel, learning about their label integrity program to protect the reputation of Australian wine. 

Alexandra hopes to incorporate her background in psychology and person-focused work history to assist clients when handling emotionally charged legal matters
